Well the
pro complex HAS casein in it, but its not 100% casein. Its a blend of different proteins. The ON Casein is 100% casein.
And as far as shakes, I would go with the pro complex if you take 2 or more shakes a day because it won't be out of your system in 30 minutes like the whey will. And during the day, unless you just got finished working out, you dont really need all your protein to absorb super fast or else your aminos will be used up within the hour.
