Received it on 2nd April.

3rd April:
1 pill twice a day to assess tolerance: No noticeable effect.

4th April:
2 pills twice / day - Increased awareness - Skin feels tighter around legs arms - No side efect - intake to go to 3pills X2.

5th April:
3 pills twice / day - Increased awareness and focus - abs feel tighter as well as legs and arms - No crash or side effect.

personally i havent taken the stuff, the only thing i trust from bsn is no xplode, however my friend tried sum atro phex the other week and he took some and i picked him up for the gym and half way through his workout he had a huge headache, so after the workout i dropped him home and he said he couldnt get to sleep that night and he hasnt taken them since. However everyone is different so i hope they work fine for you.
