Beverly International....Is It Really As Good As I've Heard???? A personal trainer at the gym I go to told me it's the Rolls Royce of Protein. Anyone taken it or use it. I know it's pretty pricey. This guy definitely knows his stuff he has been in Flex, Muscular Deveplopment etc., photos and articles, when he was a competing in bodybuilding back in the day. And for his age he is in great shape mid 50's.

Also what about liver tablets like Uni-Liver by Universal Nutrition got its good benefits????

check out the Ultra-40s from Beverly. they're a whole beef liver supp and i've got to say that they are pretty bad-ass. they've got a lot of b-vitamins and other good stuff. when i was taking them, i noticed more endurance throughout the day, better mental awareness and better workouts. the protien does taste good, they only use the best ingredients for their stuff.

Universal Nutrition makes an excellent liver supplement as well, called UNILIVER... it's much cheaper than Beverly, maybe our friend at Orbit can get a price for you!

It depends on cost. If you want the best for your money, you have to do more of a trial and error.

I'm a strictly BSN guy. The only things I use that aren't BSN are RUSSIANBEAR5000 by VITOL, and a multi-vit/min.

Beverly is a good product, some really good ingredients in all of their products, just got to be willing to spend a bit more money for the supplement.

BI's ingredient profiles for all their supplements are great. Most don't know too much about the company because they do not flame every board making claims about this and that. They are one of the true "sleepers" in the supplements industry. The protein that I have tried is great! From taste, to results. On the down side, BI can be a bit pricey compared to lesser quality items... but you get what you pay for.
