Can you mix creatine and glutamine all at once in your whey?

Is it allright to mix my creatine glutamine all together in my protein shake? preciate it.

Yes. 30 to 45 mins before your workout, and after too for recovery..

if im short or pressed for time i mix all into one whey shake and bounce out of my apt. its perfectly ok.

I've been told that creatine and glutamine use the same receptors, so that taking them at the same time may affect absorbtion, but I think thats a bunch of crap because i've never noticed a difference.
