Recently Ive taken whey after my workouts and all of a sudden and i cant go to the bathroom any more. I think the word for it is constipated but is that because i got a cheap kind or a need to get a kind with digestive enzymes in it, idk? I never had that problem before so i no its the whey ive been taking. Any suggestions?

First what other supplements are you on.. have you added anything else? Is this your first time using whey? I would try drinking more water... and geting more fiber... just because thats the simple answer.

Whey tends to make you go more cuz of the multi-chain triglycerides man. Do what Jake said and give us more info.

It could def be a fiber issue.

Im not on any other supplements at the moment. This is not my first time using it. I probably drink close to a gallon of water a day and every night before i got to bed i take a teaspoon of metamucil fiber and i have been doing that for a while. I asked some at gnc maybe what was wrong he told me the best protein i could take was optinum 100 whey because it has digestive enzymes in it.

Honestly i dont eat a lot of vegetables or fruit simply because i dont like them. But a lot of people i know take whey and they dont eat any better than i do and they're fine.

It doesnt matter what other peope do that has nothing to do with your body.If you have taken it before why would you think its causing the prob now.Try eating a bowl of oatmeal in the mornings.How long has it been going on maybe its just something else and will be gone soon
