Diet Cutting

Hello im new here and very happy to have found this board.
I have been trying to alter a diet to my needs and this is what i came up with

Meal 1
apple and 2 hard boiled eggs (white only)

Meal 2
protein shake with oatmeal 20g/20g

Meal 3
Fish or chicken breast and some vegetables

Meal 4
banana and some rice

Meal 5
Apple and 2 hard boiled eggs (white only)

Meal 6
Protein shake with outmeal 40g/40g


Will i loose fat from this diet while maintaining good muscle ?

Any help is welcome thanks

it looks good.....but lol u no how many eggs i have for my breakfast 10 eggwights and 2 yolks thats only for 1 meal plus the oatmeal and all that stuff.......anyhow i would say that u should cut the carbs for the last meal and try to finish eating most of your carbs by 6 pm....cuz u dont need carbs as much during the night..and also keep it high protein mediam carbs low fat.....good luck...

I think you need to push you're protein up a bit, and while cutting BCAAs and glutamine are greate supplements for not loosing muscle.

Need more of you're stats height, weight how long you've been training.

you should rise ur carbs intake too .. have some oatmeal , potatos and brown rice .. fruits won't give u enough energy for ur workout and it's high in glysmic index
