ok so i just doubled checked my bottle after thinking about it aliitle and noticed that it has a butt load of supps in it....it seem to be more of branched amino acids then anything...would this be basically the same thing. i notice that the bcaa's only have like 3 ingredients and mine has over 10. just curious. thanks.

Amino acid - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

There are other amino acids besides Leucine, Iso-leucine, and Iso-valine.

Most likely a couple of these are also in your BCAA powder, which brand are you taking?

fyi there are 20 standard amino acids, not all of them are found typically in your bcaa's but for those 20 they are either used to synthesize proteins or oxidized to urea (or carbamide) as a source of energy.

The container recommends you take them with meals. Least mine does. But it doesn't hurt me.

Actually my lifts are increasing.

Incline bench 225 of 3 reps
45 lb dbells each arm for 3 reps, ( strick form )
Seated hammer rows. 135 and arm.

Just to name a few, oh and i broke the 180 mark.

Just found this article on BCAA timing and the synergy between it and GH

No Increases in Post-Exercise Fat Utilization without Acute Increases in GH | Mind and Muscle

Found it interesting and I in my own personal experiences I've found ingesting BCAA's before and during my workout gave me great gains/recovery
