Agreed. Everytime I take Cell Mass I see and feel significant gains. You feel a whole lot fuller (density wise) when taking this for sure

Try a weight gaining protein: Cytosport Cytogainer, BSN Truemass, ON Pro Complex gainer, etc. Creatine monohydrate for creatine, any company.

Cell Mass is a creatine ethyl ester (CEE) meaning it is a creatine monohydrate with an ester attached. You gain mass and strength without the loading phases and water bloating of a monohydrate. Where CEE may be more effective than monohydrate is in maintaining muscle concentrations after loading if a greater amount of creatine does reach your muscle tissues. Much debate has been raised from monohydrate companies whether CEE is even real and no info has been provided to show otherwise. Its one of those things that you gotta try for yourself. Some prefer monohydrate, CEE, malate, citrate, etc... You gotta find which works best for you. With a monohydrate though you will lose more "water weight" after you are done with your cyle the a CEE.

Cell Mass is around $40 at bodybuilding.com and will last a month or so

Again....Those foundings are anecdotal and have not been scientifically proven up to date.

Hey, definitely look into USPLabs Anabolic Pump; it will super saturate your muscles with glucose and this will cause cell volumization which will lead to muscle building. Furthermore, Anabolic Pump inhibits the uptake of glucose into fat cells, therefore, you gain muscle and lose fat. Also, endurance, energy, and strength are increased along with some of the craziest pumps you will ever experience.

Konvict all the info you've read from everyone else is very good info. I am 5'9" and I used to weigh 180. I've been cutting off that fat with a hard superset style work out. Now I'm down to roughly 170. My point here is now I too am looking for mass and strength gains one of the most important things that has not been mentioned is in our cases if we train hard and throw in some moderate cardio, we should be eating a crap load of clean foods. i.e. I try eat apprx. 3200-3400 calories, 360-400g healthy carbs, 210g protiens, 60-90g of healthy fats. Diet is a huge part of whatevr goal you are chasing in the bodybuilding world, Yes supplements are great but time and time again you'll here this they are "SUPPLEMENTS" use them when you need them. They will never provide what whole foods can. Good luck and I Hope this helps sounds like we have a similar goal in mind.

kreaklyine by scifit! Rated number 1 creatine by planet muscle magazine, and I know many people who love the stuff, and personally can't wait to get my hands on it, just waiting till all my mono is gone, which is going to take some time lol, since my container consists of 400 servings
