If your 19 then I would suggest:

Fish Oil
Multi
Protein
Creatine ( you can go mono but Im not a fan of it - I like green mag )

Change up your routine - if your looking to use some supps because your stalling then this will help you to see some real gains again.

Monitor your diet - TRACK EVERYTHING - I've never seen the weight drop of my body like I have when I started tracking everything I eat and weighing/measuring everything I put in my body. Not only that but i've been able to identify the foods/supps that are not giving me the desired effects because I know how my body reacts with the core/basic supps ( listed above )

Good luck brother!

Multi-vitamin/multi-mineral
Flax Seed/Fish oil for good fats
A protein supplement- whey for quick digestion in the morning and before your and after your workout, and casein for before bed so you stay anabolic throughout the night due to the casein being a slow digesting protein (takes 2 to 7 hours to full digest)
Creatine- start with monohydrate until you learn how to cycle it and how your body reacts to it.

Other than that if you can it'd be great to see a typical day's diet and your training split so we can see what else can be done to help you. thanks man!

Supplements in general have very little side-effects associated with them, if taken correctly. For maximum results, make sure to cycle any thermo's, creatines or nitric oxides.

Focus on the basics, nothing more. Protein, creatine, multi's and optionally N.O's. Nothing will produce expected results unless your diet is on track. Before anything, diet comes first.

KM's right. Supps are supplementary to your diet and should be taken minimully (sp?). If you over do supps like N.O., then things won't be good. I took too much one time and threw up blue N.O. Xplode everywhere. It sucked. That and your body will get used to the creatine levels and it won't have as much of an affect, or it could really hurt ur natural creatine levels and once you go off it u'll see a significant difference.

so all in all, from KM and I, just be careful with them and cycle them properly.

Well said Zack...Here's a thread I wrote up a little while back on Cycling supplements. The reason me and Zack are emphasizing this is because if you fail to cycle (thermo's, creatines, nitric oxides) your tolerance for certain substance/compound will go up, causing you to up your dose and thus spend more money.

That can all be avoided by doing this: http://www.bodybuildingdungeon.com/f...pplements.html
