I am taking Xyeince right now but I do not see it working or feel it working. I have been taking it for 3 months. What are some good creatines that you guys like to use.

Also what is a good over the counter legal HGH

eh it really depends dude. diff creatines have diff absorption rates and diff creatines change into diff things in the body at diff rates. but yeah, first and foremost go with monohydrate. it's going to be a good base until you do more research into creatines and see how ur body reacts.

well right off the bat no offense to james but its not the smartest thing spending 80.00 on a 780g little tub of xyience creatine. for that amount of money for you not to even see any results what so ever is beyond me, **** for 80.00 it better immediately increase my bench 50lbs and give me a great wide "V" shaped rear lat spread. getting him started with a basic creatine mono will (just like you said) start him off with a solid base to build on, and also so james can understand how to cycle creatine, witness gains from it first hand, and be able to branch out to other creatines on the market with first hand experience of a great first hand basic creatine.
