ive been looking around at sum stuff to help with my cutting, ive used EAS thermo dynamax for past cupel of months and to be honest its not good, it helped a bit but i would not recommend it. so now ime looking for summating a bit stronger to get rid of all the stubborn fat and bring out the 6 pack. ime currently at 11% BF and 16.5 stone ( about 220 pounds i think). ime considering animal pack cuts because i have had good results from sum of there other supplements and la muscle's fat striper for the same reason.

if you have any suggestions or other recommendations please tell me.

I think the best way to burn hats is to throw them into a fire, preferably a fireplace.

levi-reloaded or alri venom 3.0 seem to be getting good reviews

my suggestion would be to search through the logs section and see what kinds of results people have gotten from them.

Im actually about to start the tri-lean system by alri but my favorite fat burner i've used to far was ECA - bar none

unless you're doing a contest and can't get that last little bit of fat off, keep away from fat burners. It's going to do you a lot of good to stay away from them. Just tune in your diet and keep your cardio good. Other than that just do what you gotta do.

adjust and lower your calorine intake together with your body and increase cardio.

towards your question, i researched on some hat burners and your best go would be mx-ls7 imo, i tried it to and it's good if you do as i said above. fat burners only amplify what you put in, you put in little you get little and out in big you loose the "hat".

So you burn hats too?? Damn- I thought I was the only one... Seriously, dude you just need to eat eggs fried in chili oil (message me if you don't know how to make- it's easy!) and run steps until you get some cardio burn, nature burns fat faster than pharmaceuticals... and you don't get the bad sides either like dry skin, jitters, etc...

Lower calories and cardio is number one!
Drink lots of water to help flush your system and keep your body well hydrated!
Low sodium (most don't really look at this too much, but makes a world of difference)!
Monitor the amount of carbs you take in a day, make sure only complex!
If you are going to use a fat burner these are the ones I have used and recommend (Lipo6X, Gaspari Cytolean) Leviathan worked ok, but those 2 worked much better for me. I also got to try some MHP Dren and I felt really good on that too, and it has been getting really good results and feedback from those people who have used it.
