Most people around here will tell you to go to Optimum Nutrition. They've got great products with cheap prices. they have a good whey for quick digesting proteins and a good casein for slow digesting while you sleep.

There are a lot of whey proteins with BCAA's in them. Typically most whey proteins will have it in there. There are three types of whey protein so you should look into that. BSN has Syntha-6, which tends to be the one I tell people to go for since it's a better quality protein than any I've ever encountered.

For fish oil and joint support you can really get anything. Try to get some glucosamine for your joints. It really helps to grease them up and provide a sense of fluidity there. For fish oil you can get that anywhere along with flax seed oil to get your good fats.

Other than that just throw in a multi-vitamin/multi-mineral and tune in your diet and training and you'll be on the right track to perfecting your body. good luck man.

Apparently MuscleAsylumProject "Freak-Fix" has the highest BCAA count, at 6450mg- I love their Blackout Chocolate flavor as well, makes me look forward to working out!!!

Thanks for the advice Zack. Well i know alot of people here dont like gnc but i did go to gnc and got a bottle of omega complex which has omega 3,6,9 all in one. Now i have a question what is casein ? Because i have only taken whey protein before and right after my workout but if casein is good i will get optimum's whey and casein pack because i have researched and im getting alot of good feedback on optimum's whey and casein pack. So should i buy it??
Thanks for any opinions

I can't really tell you what to buy. BSN Syntha-6 does have Casein in it along with whey isolate, concentrate, and microfiltered isolate and all kinds of other proteins in it. Casein is just a slow digesting protein. It takes about 2 to 7 hours to digest it. It's best before bed. I'm not a big fan cuz of the taste and cuz Syntha-6 has sustained release. But it's up to you man. the casein could help you along with the whey, but I'm a strictly BSN guy so I'm kind of biased, but I'm trying to be as unbiased as possible here. Casein before bed is good though. It should help you a great deal in staying anabolic throughout the night.

Ok cool and actually i have taken products from bsn and i do have creatine in my shelf from bsn.But so i understand is syntha-6 a fast digesting protein? And also at the same time it has casein so its release is constant? And the reason i ask if its fast digesting is because i make two servings of my whey and take one right before i head to the gym and the other i put in my locker and take it as soon as i finish my workout. And by the way im taking the 100% whey made by GNC so would syntha 6 be better?

Thanks for the reply and anymore advice

you're welcome man. I'm always happy to help. Yeah, the casein in Syntha-6 does make it sustained release and all of the diff wheys in there make it fast digesting. It's actually really cool how it works.

Also, GNC brands are ****. I used to take them and they taste like chalk and don't really work that well.

hahaha that's one of those things that's been discussed a few times around here. Try orbit nutrition. It's the dungeon's own supplement store. It's pretty good. Pretty cheap i hear too.

If you want any more info on where to get it you can PM me. I know of a few places around that you can check out too.

but first and foremost try orbit
