Sorry Justin, but this is one of the many questions that gets me a bit angry.

You're 16:

-Eat healthy
-Eat 6 meals a day, minimum
-Keep a high water intake
-Learn when to eat your proper macronutrients
-Lift heavy, but most importantly lift smart
-Perfect form on lifts
-Include major compound movements in your training regime
-Recover, sleep the appropriate amount of time.

This can all be found here in the Bodybuilding Dungeon. As of supplementation, all you need is a Whey Protein and perhaps some creatine monohydrate. But this should be done AFTER the above is straight.

that and u really should prolly get a multi-vitamin and flax seed oils. most people don't get all the nutrients they need from their diets, so the multi-vitamin will be helpful. but other than that just eat like ur a machine and train like a freak and u'll be a freak in no time man.

i like udo's oil it is basically the ****. more balance ratio of fat content than just flax oil alone, you will find it will help with sa many aspects not just training. multi's are def a must too and if you are having trouble getting a solid 6 meals you will need to get a MRP/ protein shake/ gainier in there especially because you are young and at school you wont have great choices on hand it makes a great way to get solid nutrition in when it counts

Creatine. Get some creatine monohydrate, cheapest, pure creatine monohydrate you can find, usually the GNC brand. I've been using it on and off since I was 16.

But you should get your diet in order before you consider supplementation, supplements won't do much unless your staple diet is off.

I can't stress enough at how important your diet is. You're just throwing your money away on supplements if your diet isn't on track.

You could try an all in one like PHD SNYNERGY, but its 120 quid a cycle. It works out cheaper to buy PHD creatine Monohydrate for 20 quid 90 servings then buy some pharma whey 90 servings for like 30 quid as the SNYNERGY lasts only 15 days. Stay away from testosterone as it is high at our age, if you have to much apparently it can make your balls shrink, though my mate did it and he was fine, just dont think its healthy for us right now. Oh also HGH as yeh thats a given i spose.

I am your age i have taken the Pharma Whey and creatine. But right now I am on true mass by bsn as well as n.o explode and pharma whey.

Try doing this on training days. Have true mass with your breakfast, pre workout have n.o explode after workout have Whey.
