-Eat healthy
-Eat 6 meals a day, minimum
-Keep a high water intake
-Learn when to eat your proper macronutrients
-Lift heavy, but most importantly lift smart
-Perfect form on lifts
-Include major compound movements in your training regime
-Recover, sleep the appropriate amount of time.
This can all be found here in the Bodybuilding Dungeon. As of supplementation, all you need is a Whey Protein and perhaps some creatine monohydrate. But this should be done AFTER the above is straight.
