I was think about using Clen but have been told that ECA is safer and has comparable effects so, For those that have used this before what were the dosages, times/frequency taken, and did you use ephedra or ephedrine? Also has anyone trid addind Yohimbe into it? Thank You

well i wouldn't use clen it is a bronchial dialator designed for horses, ECA stacks are great, ~25 mg of ephedrine, 200 mg of caffeine and 325 mg of Aspirin will do the trick. and yohimbee has a ton of ****ty side effects as well as interatcions with very common things. i would stay entirely away from it. could cause impotence, hillusinations, light headedness as well as has interactions with tyrosine. so since you may get light headed off of ephies it can become dangerous compunding these effects

I wouldnt use 325mg of asprin, I would use baby asprin 81mg

As for clen if you really dont like your heart then go ahead and run it but if you want just fat burning fury then stick with the ECA and make sure your running a super clean diet.

clen is terriable, its ruins your heart, go with eca or ecy i like ecy better

25mg ephedrine
200mg caffine
2.5mg yohimbie

I'm currently on an ECA stack myself, I've considered ECY, but yohimbe is illegal here in Canada I believe, and even if it is available, I've heard that it's rather dangerous, just go the safe route and stick to the aspirin, or even just eliminate it completely, from everything I've read, the two most important parts are the caffeine and the ephedrine, aspirin is almost optional, and I gather it's rather tough on your stomach too

start with one dose a day, in the morning, before breakfast, for the first few days, and then move on to two doses, take before doing a workout and space out the doses by at least 4 hours. Once you progress, take no more than 3 doses a day and only if you really feel like it'll make a difference, I think two doses a day is within a great range of being both effective and safe at the same time

I'm currently only taking 16mg of ephedrine and I'll see how that goes, I might move up to 24mg

and btw, ephedrine can only be sold/marketed as a nasal decongestant (in Canada at least, I believe in the States too?), and the only available dose is 8mg - most health/fitness places will carry it

I think you are pretty new to the ECA stack to Murkuer...even the ECA can be dangerous even with out the yohimbe. People can have heart condiotion they dont realize they have. Everyone please if your doing this stack start small and see how your body reacts. Three doses is alot even when working up to it. You might think you can handle that second or third dose but buy the time you realize you shouldnt have taken it its to late. I had a freaky experience but i was ok just made be realize how powerful this stack can be. Please dont take this the wrong way, just looking out for you guys.

Yeah, you're right man. I'm just recycling info I've acquired from other sources. Myself I've only been on 1 dose a day until now, so I shouldn't be one to talk about 2 or let alone 3 doses a day...

to the OP, you should bring it up to your doctor. He'll more than likely discourage you from doing it at all, but it's best if you ask him if you have any specific conditions that would put you at greater risk when using these drugs

the eca agrees with me , the ecy doesnt so much, i like it better but it makes my bp go to high yohimbie messes with me, but eca never gave me problems

I've been on it for less than a week now, one dose per day, in the morning with breakfast. When it feels right (probably a while from now), I'll move on to a second dose before my swimming classes or my workouts (depends on the day)

18mg|200mg|325mg (E|C|A)

I have to admit there is *some* jitteriness, but the boost in energy is really quite something. I feel like I'm a constant adrenaline rush. It's a nice feeling, and it feels very 'clean'. It seems to be much more effective than the HCH I took, which almost got me sick. That stuff was terrible. I can't wait till I apply this to some cardio. It helps at school too; I get really focused and can concentrate on things really well. The effects are totally noticeable for sure.

I'm taking multivitamin and amino acid complex supplements too. Important when you're losing weight, eating at a caloric deficit.

I'm not experiencing any thirst/cotton mouth, but drinking excess amounts of water comes much easier for sure. Until now I've had over a gallon of water within about 4-5 hours, and I feel like I can drink a lot more. I'm really liking this, I've gotta say...

as for appetite, cravings are virtually gone, and I'm usually very stressed when limiting the amount of food I eat, that stress is completely gone, no headaches or aches of any kind of the matter, I've got this really nice 'padded' feeling all over - and a lot of people say that I've become very talkative and hyper all of a sudden, I can't say that I notice that myself, haha
