I've been on it for less than a week now, one dose per day, in the morning with breakfast. When it feels right (probably a while from now), I'll move on to a second dose before my swimming classes or my workouts (depends on the day)

I have to admit there is *some* jitteriness, but the boost in energy is really quite something. I feel like I'm a constant
adrenaline rush. It's a nice feeling, and it feels very 'clean'. It seems to be much more effective than the HCH I took, which almost got me sick. That stuff was terrible. I can't wait till I apply this to some cardio. It helps at school too; I get really focused and can concentrate on things really well. The effects are totally noticeable for sure.
I'm taking multivitamin and amino acid complex supplements too. Important when you're losing weight, eating at a caloric deficit.
I'm not experiencing any thirst/cotton mouth, but drinking excess amounts of water comes much easier for sure. Until now I've had over a gallon of water within about 4-5 hours, and I feel like I can drink a lot more. I'm really liking this, I've gotta say...
as for appetite, cravings are virtually gone, and I'm usually very stressed when limiting the amount of food I eat, that stress is completely gone, no headaches or aches of any kind of the matter, I've got this really nice 'padded' feeling all over - and a lot of people say that I've become very talkative and hyper all of a sudden, I can't say that I notice that myself, haha
