I bought my 1st supplements, NO whey protein and a multi vitamin, I am kind of excited, I've never taken anything before and can't wait to get some better nutrition and hit the iron.

When is the best time to take whey protein, I know after I workout for sure, what about right before?

Ball park figure on how much protein you need to grow is 1 gram per pound of bodyweight.Divide that into 40-50 gram servings and get maybe 3 servings from your shakes and the rest from food ie chicken, fish or lean beef.I remember you saying you wanted to gain weight. This is a sure fire way to get you on the way to gaining good lean weight.

Thanks I'm excited, now I just need to and LOL

Where are some good places to buy big amounts of this stuff at low prices? I only have a can, it says 15 servings so that'll be gone quick.

Costco has a decent 6 pound bag of EAS Whey Protein for $30.00.
