Nope, they are fat burners though right? As far as fat burners go here are the ones that I prefer and know work well:

Nutrex Lipo6X
Gaspari Cytolean
PAL Leviathan
**(Not recommended here)old school ECA stack (ephedera, caffeine, aspirin)

Try one of those, Leviathan is a low stimulant fat burner, while the other 2 are higher in stimulant, which I tend to like better, currently on Cytolean and love it!

yea they are in the line of fat burners but they are used during the last few weeks of competitions. I think diuretics(not sure about spelling) would be the best word to describe em. Helps lose water weight in the body making giving ur body more cuts and definition. I know a lot of ppl on this forum have competed and know about this stuff but would any of u suggest it for ppl not competing. Also how good are these products for ppl competing coz one of my buddies is competing for a state thing. I wana help em out too. Plus if i do decide to get on one of these products i would have to switch my diet coz right now m eating canned tuna which has a lot of sodium that retains water weight so i'll prolly cut sodium out. Everything i eat is goin to be tasteless..lol and get more protein into my diet.

my stats;
weight 164lbs
height 5'8''
bf: dont know but m pretty sure its very little
age:21
supps: isopure, casein and lipo 6x( i wont start diuretics until i get done wit lipo6x)
diet on a given day:
Lipo6x after getting up.
b'fast half hour later: 2 large egss whites, i scoop of isopure w/ either a banana or half cup of sugar free oatmeal.
lunch: brown rice with tuna
workout after
meal 3: 2 scoops of isopure w/ a lot of sweet potatoes
mael 4: huge bowl of salad w/ casein b4 bed.

and whenever i get hungry i eat 1 or 2 peices of wheat bread w/ natural peanut butter andcoffee
and i do cardio about 3 days a week for lil more than an hour

diuretrics are fine pre show in order to really get tight, and I know people who take them before they go on vacation or something like that so they can look real tight and whatnot. I mean its really a personal choice if you want to take it or not, but I wouldn't get your hopes up of it making you drop like 2% bf or whatever, it will mostly take out some water retention under the skin a bit. You also have to becareful that you don't dehydrate yourself if you take it, I have seen that happen to and its not a fun sitution, my one friend was hospitalized due to severe dehydration, so just make sure you are getting enough in your system.

more, because you want to make sure you are getting enough to sustain body functions, the supp will take care of anything excess that is not being used or needed.

if it water weight you are targeting double your water intake and cut sodium in half no supp needed.
