so i have been researching like a mo fo and have concluded that i am going to purchase some supps to start mid march and wanted some opinions. so here it goes:

1. jungle warfare
2. la bradas supercharge
3. creatine mono
4. whey protein
5. lots of food but a little more than i eat now.

Currently i am eating about 2300-2800 calories a day....as clean as i can be considering i work atleast 45 hrs a week....but with that said i eat a lot of chicken and rice, lots of yogurt, hamburger as lean as i can find...thats just a little bit of what i eat. honestly i eat about 4-6 times a day and i say that cause i know it will come up as a question. just in case i am 22 6' and 220lbs. ok so with all that said let the opinions fly boys. :)

I'd suggest upping your caloric intake. 2300-2800 is pretty low for someone who is 220 pounds. I'm consuming more than that a day and I'm 140 pounds.

Your caloric intake, as said above ^ is extremely low. Thus meaning your meal counts are probably off.

The reason I ask is because diet is more important than a supplement stack.

ok so i understand the caloric intake....but my numbers are only rough guesses...i have used a calorie counter on am and did it at work so i wasnt able to stay on it long enough to put in all my meals. if i truely had to give a good number of calories that i eat i would say it easly touches 3000 and i know this sounds contradictory but that is what i believe it to be cause i do eat none freaking stop. plus i have done a stack very similar to this one before and ate like a horse. so if my diet is good what do you guys think about the stack? again thanks for all the input.

Jungle is the bomb. I got great gains from it this fall. I ramped the dosage up to 4 caps per day througout the first 4 weeks and then finished at the 8 week mark. Stacked with ecdysten and HGH complete. I went from 280 to 305lbs at 8,000 cal per day (ended at 20%). Strength went up significantly as with mass but it is hard to asses how much of that was from a highly successfull off season and how much from the hormone supps. Side effects were systic acne on my back that cleared after the cycle and dominant stretch marks running down my biceps and under my tri's...

Jungle warfare is the shiz... Plus great reviews. i would suggest doing a 8week cycle of it though. The 4weeks recommended isnt enough imo.

Not a 4 week cycle, a 4 week ramp up and then continue 4 caps until you reach 8 weeks. Your not gonna start really feeling the effects until weeks 4ish anyway.

eight whole weeks sounds like a lot of time but i will deffinently look into it maybe i will cut out my no2 and just do mono and jw to save a little on the pocket book or maybe i wont....its kind of a predicament since no2 is a good transporter for the mono to get to the muscles....what do yall think cut out no2 or just shell out the extra 38 dollars and get eight weeks of no2? that much no2 sounds like alot maybe i will only do it for the last half of the 8 weeks but take my mono the whole way through. let me know what yall think.

did anybody that ran jw feel the lethargy or get any kind of puffy sore nipples? the only reason that i am asking is that i am reading older reveiws from 07 and some people reported lethargy and very few noticed puffy sore nipples...kinda making me paranoid a little. also did u guys run restore or anything after words...i dont think u need to but just checking, thanks alot for all the input for the paranoid guy.

I wouldnt run JW w/out some sort of PCT, it IS a mild steriod and while you wont require a SERM you very well could experience some HPTA shut down and possibly gyno ( if your prone to it )

If your looking to go PH then I would look at havoc or one of the likes, if your looking to stay all natural I would suggest you look else where.

Do your h/w before you buy it, I did the research after I had it only to find out it is in fact a PH. Still yet to use it because of this.

i thought that jw was still classified as a test booster? this is from all the homework i have already done. all my questions are to double check my thoughts and see what others have recnently gone through or done? what about anybody else did you guys take llike formadrol or 6oxo afterwards? the most recent post indicate that i shouldnt need it but just checking it all out especially if i want to do eigth weeks of it....how about some guys like lbj thg or orbit what do yall think? thanks again.

very true that u cant bulk and cut at the same time....right now i am trying to cut like a mo fo mainly so i can drop some bf to where i probably should be. i have a good mass on me its just not as defined as i would want it to be....so right now i am cutting and then looking to do jw with some mono....my main question is if anybody noticed bad sides or if they took and other kind of test booster after the cycle. and if anybody has done an 8 week cycle. the last test booster i did was from (hating to say it) GNC....towards the end of the 4 weeks i was very zonie and lethargic....meaning usually i cant sleep until like 11pm but with that cycle there were times i went to bed at like 8 or 830....the lethargy doesnt worry me though its all the old reviews out there that say oh its a mild steroid beware.....even after reading those reveiwss and blood work i feel a much better especially since i think only one guy that had blood work done had lower test...but then again there was nothing to reference it to. ok so now i am rambling and am going to stop....i think i will just do the jw with mono cut out the no2 and try to run it for eight weeks.....what do yall think about 8 weeks?
