Okay, sitting at my desk getting ready to make a shake and the impulse came ... why the hell not add the powder directly to the yogurt and down the thing. Yep....crazy as a chithouserat or not I really am diggin it.

Anyone else do this or am I slow on the reality train?

I just relized the great thing is that its easy, can be pre made and kept in the fridge in servings and is NO where as bad as I thought it would be.

I've done it with Champion Tropical flavor whey, but with plain yogurt as a light desert but only once every couple days. It's a great idea, as you get a lot more protein than regular yogurt! Good post dude!!

I put yogurt in my shakes before never thought of just adding the whey to the yogurt, sounds quick and easy.

Chocolate in strawberry yogurt? Hrmmm, i dunno about the flavor combination, lol, i probably wouldn't like it. But i have mixed plain vanilla whey powder into plain yogurt with some canned fruit, that was pretty tasty. I used to just make it on the spot, but pre-making a whole bunch and keeping it in the fridge sounds like a great idea! I'll have to try it.

strawberry whey (which i hate) mixed in to plain yogurt would be like strawberry cheesecake! hmm any flavored yogurt has a ton of sugar in it watch for it. aspartame is really bad for you, so if you need sweetend yogurt go for the splenda one. good idea for lunch on the go. thanks!
