I'm a HUGE proponent of BSN. I've had no issues with them ever.

People here love Optimum Nutrion and all of that. Check that out because it's good and it's priced fairly.

It's more about what u like and what works for you. But for the love of god, stay away from MuscleTech.

In all reality all products have some what of a placebo effect. Yes even steroids IMO, it's all what you think will happen. The mind is a very powerful supplement that you already posses.

I have read through the ingredients on the Anabolic Halo, and some of it seems to good to be true. As of right now I use Optimum Nutrition Recovery 21... Here is the link to the product..

muscle tech is very expensive IMO, plus the only stuff i take is protein and creatin for PWO and it does the job. its the advertisement that grabs attention. and lots of ppl fall for that stuff.( example i bought a bottle of nano x9 couple months ago and wasted about 70$, cuz i felt for advertisement but from that mistake i would never make mistakes like that)

Not necessarily do the products suck, that's what should be said. I'm sure they work, to an extent. You can find a relatively close product for a great deal cheaper and work even better.

That's why we're Anti-MT's.

Supplements are not controlled by the FDA or the govt. So technically companies can lie on the nutrition facts label and "water down" their products to save money. As far as I know the only company that guarantees their product is GNC since its a publicly traded company. Their products are pricey but you are guaranteed the potency of the ingredients.

Personally, Im a BSN guy.

Here's the deal, muscletech products work, however the price you are paying for them is ridiculous (you are paying for their advertisment!) There is a MT product I do like, Gakic, but I refuse to pay the price they ask for it, because although its a good product its not worth what they are asking for. Like mentioned before, you can get a better quality product for cheaper from someone else.
