Its a good vitamin supplement but a little expensive. I prefer AST Multipro. 100 tabs for 14 dollars.

AST Multipro is a different product from the 32x? I have had 32x, and i didnt feel all that great on it.

I have taken GNC Mega Man's Sport, Opti-Mens, PerforMAXX, Orange Triiad, Animal Pak, and 32x, and i felt that while the theory is certainly there behind Animal, i didnt feel incredible while on it. Of course, i didnt take two servings a day, but im not exactly a world renowned body builder either.

Personally, i felt Mega Man Sport, Orange Triiad (though expensive, it has joint support which is GREAT), and Opti-Mens were my favorites.

Animal certainly has a reputation as either a great great company by some, or a company that sells mainly on hype by others. Im not sure on which side i fall as one product (though, probably their most popular) didnt seem to give me an edge at all.

Of course, all of this is unscientific. Maybe my nutrition/sleep/training wasnt up to par as it was with the other multi's.

yeah I think for the most part there all the same. I think what really matters is there dissolution. The manufacture can offer all the greatest ingredients but if it takes over an hour to dissolve than whats the point. To be honest Im not sure how well Animal Pak disolves.

Although i dont like the FDA much (see: Aspartame allowed as food additive), i wish someone would test these products.

Its hard for the average consumer to really know whether or not they are getting all they pay for when it comes to multivitamins. We need to set up some kind of independent test and do some tests.

My dad told me that Harvard or someone respectable recently did a study on multivitamins and how they affect people, and basically came away with results that said there was no real effect in how the tested felt. Id have to look into what they were actually using in the tests, but that is interesting.

I personally dont think so. Even if you dont believe all the hype about how bad a single vitamin a day is absorption wise, the theory and practice just makes sense. You cant fit all that shit into one pill taken once a day and expect it to last throughout the day.

I prefer a multi that is at least taken twice a day. With about a 8-12 hour interval.

Opti-Mens is taken 3 times a day, and i like that alot.
