ok really new here to the the supplement end of things here. last year i started training with this chick i knew. wed workout togther but she was way ahead of me really defind etc. and actully was a trainer. i was lifting the same as her but with out the defintion. so we partnered up for a few months. im not a morning person and we would always go at night. being a old lady (29) and working all day i had enegry but lots of nights depending on my day and diet, i would be wiped, but she was rockin. finally she told me she was tryin all these supplements. so i started taking xenadrine with 16mg ephdra. this got me pretty wired but started getting headaches and oily skin and felt to werid so went off. i went back in to talk to the guy about just something extra to keep me going.. he suggested amp'd or sub.q there were a bunch of other really ripped doods buying them so i thought it must do something...? i read a guy who competes story on here and in his log he says he takes two fatburners in the morning. so he says take them with some epherda and i should be good. sorry i type alot. anyone want to give the basics and any advise?

are you trying to cut up? If so are you doing any cardio? As far as fatburners go, Lipo6x is great and so is Gaspari CytoLean. Got to be careful with ephedera especially if your prone to heart problems, not to mention it will keep you up at night. Also, how is your diet looking, how many meals a day do you eat, bf% (roughly)? how much protein are you taking in a day, how many carbs and fats? If your diet is crap you are going to feel like crap and have no energy, if you clean it up and cut some fat you will feel better and more energetic. So please post replies to this in order to further help you.

i take ON thermo cuts pre workout. it gives me a good jolt of energy, without the caffeine headache and jitters. i will mention that i have a fairly high tolerance to stimulants and i take two at a time. hope that helps

yeah I also have a high tolerance to stimulants and find only a few products give me enough energy to really burn extra calories and actually feel the caffeine in it.

drink a bottle of redline before you workout about 30 mins before.I have a high tolerance to stimulants also but this one really works,

i have actually, the first time I ever tried it I had to cut my workout short because it gave me heart palpitations and I could actually see my heart beating through my skin and my heart rate jumped up to 170 during my workout, not even doing cardio, after that I did it again and it wasn't as bad, but I do like the product, but I like some of the other supps that I take 2x a day because it helps burn more calories throughout the day through thermo's. But I do like the redline drink and the concentrate.

is redline the niacin shot? im surpried you tried it again if that happend to you^ i didnt buy either after the sample i dunno if it was just me but those 4 days i was taking them i felt really moody and grumpy lol not the usual me. the sub.q is supposed to be the first subcutaneous fat burner out there. ill go back in and have anougher chat with the guy. still using the xendarine and ehd. for my boost. i am a little more on the sensitve side and cant take the full dose. i try and altenate days when i take it because my body does get used to it. what are the thermos your taking during the day^?

right now I am taking Gaspari Cytolean, and LOVE IT! gives me great energy and I can really feel it working, although my weight is constant right now, I can see more definition in my body just after using it for one week, pretty amazing imo!

all depends on your body chemistry try some of the stuff that these guys are taking for starters, gauge your results, if there was something missing or the results werent as good as you had hoped (keep the expectation realistic though) then change, but when you do look for something with a slightly different or even completely new supp profile and see how you go, but dont forget the importance of cardio and proper diet. big HELLO to fellow dungeon brothers i have been away for a while, personal problems which im happy to say have been sorted. best of luck mate
