You don't need to load again. With my experience, I usually don't find any strength increases on the first cycle. When I come off the cycle and start my new cycle is when it begins to kick in. Give it some time.

When do you take the 5g/day?

How long are you on it? Off it? I'm a fan of the 12 weeks on, 4 weeks off cycle.

Nothing better than water. You need to drink a sufficient amount of water- with or without Creatine, so why not take it with water? lol.

Creatine is not going to give you crazy gains but it will slowly increase muscle fullness and streignth. The best thing when judging a supplement is to log your progress to really get a good idea. i take 5d before and after a workout. Make sure you dring lots of water as well.
