As for dieting, I plan on following something along the lines of the Scivation Cut Diet Lean Mass setup, with minor tweaks.
I would get Creatine Mono, but I don't want to have to go through any sort of loading phase (some people say it isn't even necessary, but still). I have read great reviews about both
Green MAGnitude and
SizeOn, and well I would only have to take one serving of either of those on workout days, which sounds solid to me.
My only concern, honestly, is that with my baseball season starting, I will lose excess weight. Like I am aiming to drop down to about 208-210, solid. Not sure how much bodyfat I can lose in the next 10 weeks or so (w/o roids), so I can't even predict that. But what would anyone suggest be a solid calorie count to mess around with (I won't be counting calories per se but I just want a rough estimate; my main focus would be macronutrients of course). I am somewhere between a Mesmomorph and Endomorph, although I would say more so Meso., in case that factors into anything.
