Quickmass Questions [2]

Hey guys i had previously made a thread about quickmass before, however i cant find it + its an old thread but i got like 2-3 more questions about quickmass and just bulking up in general.

1 - i bought the 3.3lb quickmass and it ran out in a week, so im going for the 10lb tub of quickmass. i want to bulk up. is this a good idea or a bad idea?

2 - due to the prices i want to take it only when necessary so it lasts longer, when would be the best time to take it? its already been made obvious to me after working out to take 2 scoops (505 calories) with water. as i am only 130pounds and can not down 1010 calories or shouldnt try till im atleast 150.

3 - i got Omega 3.6.9, any other supplements i can get from shopers drug mart to help me? before bed for casein protein im going to be eating 1 boiled egg + cottage cheese and a glass of milk.

P.s. i eat 6-7 times a day now and am used to it, i started eating breakfast too! thats definetly a good thing. and i just need to get more water in my system now! i currently drink about 1 liter a day and my goal is 1 gallon a day which is 3.6ish liters, that is enough right? i do want to get muscle mass.

I am currently 5'6ish 130ish pounds.

Post workout is a great time for weight gainers, and casein is a great supp for before bed or any other time you might exceed 2 hours without any sort of protein intake.

yeah yo im 130 poundz means i should be taking in like 185-190ish g of protein right?

plus should i go with the quickmass 10lb? itz like 90$ im getting there my current intake is now roughly like 100ish g of protein daily.. plus caseins like cheese milk and stuff, donno what that counts for?

let me know.. cause if its quickmass i should be heading for it by friday cause of the GNC card deal (first week of the month) which comes to $85ish canadian... unless its cheaper to buy online? if so plz provide a link with the cheapest place to get it.. 10lb quickmass Vanilla flavour.

check out the orbit nutrition link in my sig. he has great prices on there, can't go wrong. If your really struggling with weight aim to consume 260 g protein a day (thats 2g per 1lb you weigh). Also, make sure you are eating 6-7 meals a day.

Go for the 10lb jug, it will last longer and allow you to go longer without it, remember, aim to get most of your nutrients from food, don't just rely on weightgainers.

well i cant seem to be getting enough protein.. right now im getting some off Vector C cereal, Turkey, Eggs etc all in total its like 100-150

def need to up that, aim to eat every 2 hours, always have at least 30-35g protein per meal, that will shoot you up and ensure you get more than enough protein in your system.

Exactly..

However, even if he is struggling to take in more Protein, there's no reason to even think that to take in that much Protein in day. Aim for more, just not a tremendous amount. Why are you consuming so much protein? More isn't better, while bulking/adding mass. Any exceeded amount of protein outside of 1g/lb of bodyweight will be stored as fat cells. You should be taking excess protein when cutting. You should also be aiming for around 130-140g of Protein. 1gal of water should also be your minimum water intake. Instead of taking the most amount of nutrients, focus on when you take them.
