Hey guys i had previously made a thread about quickmass before, however i cant find it + its an old thread but i got like 2-3 more questions about quickmass and just bulking up in general.
1 - i bought the 3.3lb quickmass and it ran out in a week, so im going for the 10lb tub of quickmass. i want to bulk up. is this a good idea or a bad idea?
2 - due to the prices i want to take it only when necessary so it lasts longer, when would be the best time to take it? its already been made obvious to me after working out to take 2 scoops (505 calories) with water. as i am only 130pounds and can not down 1010 calories or shouldnt try till im atleast 150.
3 - i got Omega 3.6.9, any other supplements i can get from shopers drug mart to help me? before bed for
casein protein im going to be eating 1 boiled egg + cottage cheese and a glass of milk.
P.s. i eat 6-7 times a day now and am used to it, i started eating breakfast too! thats definetly a good thing. and i just need to get more water in my system now! i currently drink about 1 liter a day and my goal is 1 gallon a day which is 3.6ish liters, that is enough right? i do want to get muscle mass.
I am currently 5'6ish 130ish pounds.
