As i am new don't know if this has been posted. I used the search tool and didn't find nothing. Is so annoying to see the promotion of the products and reading all it can do and you buy them and you don't get what you expected.

I am making the habit of trying things from my friends and then judging before I buy. For example tried the black powder because I was going to buy it. Did nothing to me tough has a great taste but to tell the truth I wouldn't buy it for nothing.

What you would say to people don't buy that

none of the pre-w/o supps do anything noticeable for me, but I'm resistant to stims. despite all the great reviews, beta alanine hasn't delivered like I expected.

Dont purchase any products that are sold "exclusively" at GNC. MRI is wack, the stuff is overpriced & not as effective as many of the other products on the market.

I've said this a good amount of times on BBD, I really don't feel a need for a Nitric Oxide pre-workout supplement. I understand it aids in transporting nutrients, that's fine, but the caffeine and other ingredients in it, I feel you can do without. If you can't get that weight up and you don't have that much energy, eat more. I also don't believe you should have to pay for the pump you get in the gym.

I also don't see a need for any type of Energy drink. For the same reasons as an N.O product.

Just my opinion though.

I dont know about you guys but BSN No-Xplode did nothing absolutly nothing to me havent felt anything ,All muscleTech products are complete crap(exept of the Nano V-apor which actually worked) cost too much and you dont see the results that you should get for the amound of money that you paid.
I love the Universal's Animal line of products...all where great exept of onw...Animal M-Stack which was a big disapoitment. I really didnt feel anything or sow any unusual...

yeah muscle-tech products and fat burners in my opinion don't work worth a piss. I personally just use a nitric oxide and creatine mix pre-workout, then an amino acid and glutamine complex afterwards. I agree that the animal stack works, I really notice a difference when I don't take it.

It's all personal preference. It might work for some people greatly, but not do jack shit for some people. You have to find out what works for you.
Most people on this forum will agree when I say stay away from any muscletech products and anything else that says you will gain 20 pounds of pure muscle in 8 weeks.

I think that Cellucor makes a good product called M5 extreme. It has Kre-alkalyn creatine, caffine, Nitric Oxide and it seems to help out alot with my workout.
