Listen to KM. Supplements are for supplementation only. They are to add to your diet for that little something extra. Your diet is what is going to help you bulk more than anything.
BUT... if you really want to know some supps that work. Use some sort of weightgainer. I prefer RussianBear5000, but it seems like I'm the only one on here that likes it. Other than that ON has some good ones from what I hear. Most people on the board like them a lot. Also, try some BCAA's, a multi-vitamin, flax seed oils, and creatine along with a Nitric Oxide booster. You're gonna see results either way if you train hard.
