Oh my goodness, I started taking this stuff with my cousin, and he used to complain it gave him tingles in the back too, and soon after I started noticing them! This stuff didn't do much for me... it was pretty much stuff to make you feel like your "working harder" at the gym. The taste is absolutly aweful... like i cringe and shiver when I used to take it. I wouldn't recommend it, because it's all in your head, but hey if it works for you then go ahead.

Creatine is the one product that I dont mind buying from GNC. Never had horsepower stuff, I would encourage anyone using creatine to use a regular creatine mono.

If this is the same Horsepower that Im thinking of, its A NO product with a creatine blend I dont think it has any mono. It contains these three creatines

- Kre-Alkalyn, Creatine Ethyl Ester, Tricreatine Malate

Also the tingling feeling is most likely coming from the beta alanine. If it gets to be annoying like pins and needles lower the dosage a little.

I secretly used GNC Creatine mono also lol. It's fine, did just as much as any other. Prices were pretty good too.

I got the one with 200 servings for 12 dollars on sale, works great, even when I take 1 gram and tell myself in the mirror that even a particle of creatine is going to be effective, then I run to the gym screaming and I dive into the squat rack and pound out a few good ones.
