Okay, i have about half a tub of NO-Xplode from a sale i got about 6 months ago. I figured i didnt want to take it every day to get its maximum effectiveness as mainly a NO product. I dont really need the focus, so after about a month off and on, i gave up on using it. And i bought some EAS Phosphagen before i saw that Zir mentioned there was a study that showed some evidence that creatine might slow/hinder fat loss.

Today, i just took some NO-Xplode before the workout and 10 grams of creatine post workout because im tired of looking at the bottles and not using them. Should i continue? If i do, when should i take NO-Xplode and creatine on off days? And how?

And, anyone used creatine on a cut? Opinions...

I can just wait til i bulk again after summer time, but man that is a long way off.

Thanks for any help fellas.

Hrmmm, well i found a couple of mentions by freak to use creatine on a cut, but no suggestion as to when and how, especially in conjunction with NO-Xplode... so, im awaiting answers unless i get redirected to an older thread.

I have and do still use both in that order. The no explode before and the creatine to aid in growth and recovery afterwards. I find very effective during a cutting cycle. I don't feel creatine interferes with the fat loss at all. IMHO

I dont think creatine will slow your fat loss, you may retain a small amount of water because of it but not fat. If anything it should aid in your fat loss because it will help you to gain lean muscle mass which will bump your metabolism.

The noxplode I am not sure about, I have used it before but if I remember correctly it has a bunch of sugar in it which is not condusive to a cut. You want to keep insulin levels stable so that your body isnt storing everything you eat as fat.

I would say use a crea mono on and avoid the creatine compounds that have more sugar in them than a bowl of Cookie Crisp

NO-Xplode has no sugar, and only seven grams of carbs per serving. I only plan on taking a serving a day.

On off days, i plan on taking it before cardio.

I will be taking creatine mono post workout and in the early morning. 20 grams a day for 5 days, 10 grams a day after for approximately 8 weeks or so.

You got me, like I said I wasnt sure about the contents of NOxplode and 1 serving of 9g ( depending on which diet your on ) shouldnt do any harm. I dont really see the point of taking it on your off days as I believe you mentioned that you wanted to use it as mainly an NO product ( not for the focus or caffiene ). If you feel that it is useful to take before cardio on your off days then by all means do so, just simply stating that I dont see the necessity.

If i do, when should i take NO-Xplode and creatine on off days? And how?

I would split up your intake of creatine; 5g in the morning and 5g in the late afternoon. Im not going to quote any medical finding but that always worked well for me.

The reason i would be taking it on off days, before cardio is because i want to get the maximum benefit of the NO portion. I figure if i take it every day, each time a single serving, the NO effect will be greater in a shorter amount of time. Kinda like how you load on creatine. Im basically gunna load on NO-Xplode for its NO benefits.

The only other NO product that you can even call an NO product that i have taken was Green Bulge. I took a serving every day for a month straight. After about a single week i noticed crazy pumps. Thats what im going for basically, and i am actually about more then half way through the NO-Xplode.

N.O increases blood flow which will serve to deliver more nutrients to muscles. So if you're doing Cardio, there's no need to be taking Nitric oxide; you aren't subjecting your muscles to any stress. I don't feel you have to "load" on N.O, it's not the same type of product thus it may not do much. But if that's what'll work for you, go ahead. You will save a lot of money not taking the stuff on non-training/Cardio days. Creatine should be taken on off days, N.O shouldn't.

To be honest, i wasnt looking forward to taking NO-Xplode every day. I dont like the amount of caffeine and other ingredients it has. Im taking it strictly for the NO now.

Since this stuff is supposed to be esterfied (ill have to confirm this), maybe it will be effective even if i take it 3 times a week.

I guess i might as well give it a shot now, and if it works this will be how i take NO products from here on out. It would certainly save me some money in the long run if it works.
