Okay, i have about half a tub of
NO-Xplode from a sale i got about 6 months ago. I figured i didnt want to take it every day to get its maximum effectiveness as mainly a NO product. I dont really need the focus, so after about a month off and on, i gave up on using it. And i bought some EAS Phosphagen before i saw that Zir mentioned there was a study that showed some evidence that creatine might slow/hinder fat loss.
Today, i just took some NO-Xplode before the workout and 10 grams of creatine post workout because im tired of looking at the bottles and not using them. Should i continue? If i do, when should i take NO-Xplode and creatine on off days? And how?
And, anyone used creatine on a cut? Opinions...
I can just wait til i bulk again after summer time, but man that is a long way off.
