I just took a quick look at the label and it didnt really look like any of the ingrediants HAD to be taken during the workout ( maybe the Iso-luecine which can be taken pre/during/and-or after ).
I sip on BCAAs during my w/o and dont feel like a tool, Im not there for the other ppl in my gym and the ones who are are usually the ones curling in the power rack ( which makes me want to kill ppl ). Helps to keep my body from going catabolic while im trying to hammer out a set of 455lb deadlifts =p

SizeOn is basically just a creatine with a bunch of other vitamins and minerals in it so I dont think it matters much. My advice, save $ since your in college and get some creatine mono and some ( possibly
Xtend or purple wratch EAAs ) BCAAs, probably get a better bang for your buck too.
