The label says your suppose to sip on it throughout the workout. My training parter and I agree, its pretty toolbag to carry a shake during your workout. Back home it's not such a big deal, but at college its kinda weird. I'm not gettin into that though-

I just wanna know if there is any difference between chugging it preworkout rather than sipping during workout

i didnt know it said sip during workout.. do u mean sizeon? cuz if u mean superpump then u should take it pre workout

Dude, don't worry about what people think at college. People look at me weird all the time for drinking constantly throughout my workouts and for going so heavy with things. People are more worried about themselves than you. You'll be aight drinking w/e during ur workouts. If it says sip it then it's probably more about getting a constant flow of the supplement throughout the workout to get better results and saturation.

Either or. I'd probably listen to the label. Some people respond differently to how they use supplementation. Perhaps sipping it during your workout could help fully and instantaneously saturate the muscle.

I just took a quick look at the label and it didnt really look like any of the ingrediants HAD to be taken during the workout ( maybe the Iso-luecine which can be taken pre/during/and-or after ).

I sip on BCAAs during my w/o and dont feel like a tool, Im not there for the other ppl in my gym and the ones who are are usually the ones curling in the power rack ( which makes me want to kill ppl ). Helps to keep my body from going catabolic while im trying to hammer out a set of 455lb deadlifts =p

Im pretty sure that SizeOn is basically just a creatine with a bunch of other vitamins and minerals in it so I dont think it matters much. My advice, save $ since your in college and get some creatine mono and some ( possibly Xtend or purple wratch EAAs ) BCAAs, probably get a better bang for your buck too.

I am no pro by any stretch of the means so def. take my advice and thoughts for what they're worth, good luck bro!

I'm not a doctor, but I thought that during your workout your body is busy doing other things, and wouldnt be digesting anything very well at all until you stop lifting?
