new here and i have a couple of questions. first off, my supplements that im taking are
animal pak, creatine mono, l-glutamine, and whey. i work out at about 1 or 1:30 everyday. when should i take the animal pak? when should i take the creatine (pre,post,both)? when should i take the glutamine and protein (can i mix them together)? and should i mix the creatine with some sort of juice for better delivery? sorry for the novel, but i just want to get this right. any help is greatly appreciated. thanks.
