hahahaha yeah the name attracted me to it.

err i can't post the url but i went to the protein factory website, then i clicked muscle gain, then i clicked novice at the top, and it was like the 5th one. BEEFCAKE SHAKE!

would you say that's a good thing. i'm buying it with real strawberry.

also whats aminogen, carbogen, ect ect all thooooose. and should i have them in.

also the muscle cocktail, what's that?!

sorry i'm really new to this all.
