Hey everyone, I'm new here, but the site looks fantastic. My stats and everything are located in my sig/profile, and I'm looking for a few solid supplement suggestions. I'm going to list off a few products that I'm considering for use, I just wanted to know how everyone felt about their effectiveness.

Incarnate, by Palo Alto Labs. The product claims to be a "fast twitch muscle amplifier", which is imperative for a high school wide reciever, such as myself (vertical, acceleration, change of direction, etc.) Are these claims found to be true, or are they bs? I was really wowed by this product and I'd be very let down if their assertions weren't founded.

Drive, by Applied Nutriceuticals. They say "DRIVE by Applied Nutriceuticals is simply the most versatile performance-enhancing sports supplement available. Whether it’s packing an inch of girth on your arms or shaving a second off your best time, DRIVE provides the goods to help you get there." How do you all feel about how it puts on mass (imperative to an ecto/mesomorph like myself), and, if you tested your speed afterward, did you notice an increase in explosion/quickness? I heard it works well when stacked with RPM (and from an external source other than the same company ;] ); any personal experiences you're willing to shed some light on?

Also, I was looking for an effective creatine- I used to take Professional Strength Creatine by Six Star Muscle Fuel, just because it was cheap and I like the pill form, but I'm not sure how well it works. Here are the stats: "HyperCell Volumizer": 2500 mg (contains unknown amounts of Creatine Ethyl Ester HCl, Creatine Alpha Ketoglutarate, and Creatine HCA).

Currently using 100% Premium Whey Protein by Body Fortress. The stats and price are too good to be true. 1st, it's 100% whey, it mixes well with milk (glass and spoon), you can find it at the local walmart for approx $1/serving, and it packs 8 grams of BCAAs into 52g's of protein. Is this product legitimate? It seemed like I was friggin dreaming when I went a-protein-shoppin.

FINALLLY...what are some thoughts on pre-workout energy/endurance/pump enhancers? Best-working/best-tasting? Just curious, eager to hear back from you guys =]
