i just ordered some RPM from nutraplanet along with some NOW Adam and some omega 3 pills i would get some creatine mono hydrate also but i need to take about a 6-8 week break because i still have some and i am going to finish it and take that break.

But i am looking forward to getting that RPM i will let you guys know how it is.

I have tried nano vapor and cellucor m5 for some pre-workout supps so i will tell you how this works.
