Hello fellas and a few ladies. Im new to this site and i just want to know your opinion on my supplement stack that im taking right now. Im not new to working out but i have just recently started hitting the gym pretty hard about 2 to 3 times a week doing a full body work out each time. My goal is to gain a little more muscle mass but im not really aiming for the body builder status. just want to gain a little more mass before the summer. As of now i am:

age 23
6'2
165 lbs.

havent had my BF% checked but im pretty slim and cut so i wouldnt say that its too high.
my weight goal is to hit around 185 + before the summer.

Right now the supplements i just started to take this week is:
1.ON 100% Whey gold standard
2.Met-rx creatine mono caps
3.Dymatize Super amino 4800mg
4.GNC Mega mens sport multivits.( I know i know Ive read about the pure hatred for gnc products.)

Do you all think that this is good enough for what im trying to acheive or should i add a weight gainer and subtract the whey for now untill later. i am also going to add pics to document my progress on the site. just started working out hard approx 3 weeks ago.

Right now im trying to eat alot more than i normally would but its very hard to fit in the meals when i work all the time. but right now i generally would:

Breakfast:
Oatmeal with a tad of sugar
Bannanna
Protein shake

Snack i try to squeez in a tuna fish sandwich or two

Lunch
I get a Subway Seafood sandwich with lettuce
protein shake

Snack
Another sandwich be it pbj or ham and cheese

Dinner
Kinda varies sometimes i eat salmon or a Steak
Protein shake.

another snack

and protein shake before i go to sleep.

Its pretty hard to be consistent with this due to the time that i work and the amount of time i have to eat and do other things at home. but i try to eat as healthy as i can and as much as i can. i cut back on my sodium intake i try to increase complex carb intake as well as cut back on fat. but its difficult because i dont always have time to fix a well balanced meal and sometimes have to settle for an unhealthy snack. and i use all wheat bread for all my sandwiches.

Yeah, time isn't always available. I would try to add more whole foods. Less shakes. Try to get Eggs in the morning and a nice slow digesting meal before bed. Complex carbs pre-workout and Simple carbs post-workout. You have a good start. Search the forums for tips on diets, many things here to benefit you.

Here should be your macro nutrient totals:
Protein: 160-170g
Carbs: 320-360g
Calories: 2800-3500
Fat: 60-90g

Depends. This will help:

Macrototals for each- Egg white
Protein: 4g
Carbs: 1g
Calories: 17
Fat: 0g

Macronutrient totals- Egg yolk
Protein: 2.5g
Carbs: 1g
Calories: 55

The two added together = the whole egg.
