Hi lol are you paying for these bars yourself? if you are its gonna cost you a BOMB!

ive made you a samble diet which should fit in with your day, anyone else feel free to add in, this is a basis of 6 meals:
meal1: 5 egg whites, 1 bowl of oatmeal
meal2: Protein bar, fruit juice carton
meal3: Chicken breast, Salad
meal4: Rice, Tuna cans (you should be at home by now i think lol)
meal5: Pasta, Cottage cheese, berries

Min: 1 Gal of water
i suggest you get yourself a cooler bag or backpack

Simple carbs post-workout. You have rice (i'm assuming it's white) but you need more. Add fruit. Alternate with chicken. Eat steak, fish, beef- anything. Eggs are important also. Easy and efficient source of protein. What bread are you using in meal 4?

That's fine. Is the bread whole wheat, white, rye or marble, etc?

Considering being unnatural shouldn't be entering your mind. You have a good 5-8 years before that should even be in the thought process. Buy whole wheat bread instead.

Bro 6 grams of protein isnt enough for your 1st meal of the day. If your sleeping correctly, Than your body has had an 8 hour fast throughout the night so your breakfast should be your best meal! other than that u cool

It's an empty meal, empty calories and carbs. Peanut butter is fine. I'd suggest, like suggested, to either have Oatmeal or Eggs. Include a few simply carbs to get you going as well. Peanut butter has a lot of fat (healthy fats) but it's too heavy for the morning imo.
