24 hour protein stack

hey guys! ON has made available a protein double pack that will keep you going 24 hours. One tub is the 100% whey gold standard and the other tub is the 100% casein. They include a free shaker with this product. As you all probably know, whey is the quicker digesting of the two so its best any time... esp. after workouts. Casein is the slow digesting one, so it keeps you fuller...less chances of the midnight snack attacks. available in chocolate and vanilla "pak"

sounds good, is it 2 proteins in one serving? or just 2 seperate tubs of protein that are going for a discount if you buy them together?

Its two seperate tubs man. Not sure what size though it doesnt say.

yeah its two different tubs sold together and it comes with a free shaker. Its different prices at different vendors.

this is sweet it allows you to control the amount of whey and casein, in each protein shake. And at what times. I do think there is a benefit to combining, whey and casein too, but this makes it so much easier.

i just wanted to throw in there that was a study done recently about which makes you full longer. casein or whey. it was done by tabatha elliott, phd. in the study six men were given 48grams of whey and six men were given 48 grams of casein. 90 minutes later they were placed at a buffet style bar and everyone who had casein ate more than the ones who had whey. whey makes you full longer even though it digests faster.
