Ok so, ive heard in the past of a store taking out a quarter or half the contents of the supplement and putting something else in tso that they could save money.

Do you think this store is safe?

Looks like a good store - but man - why would you order expensive weight gainer type things? May I give you a tip? Check out the place in my signature - get any of their whey type proteins (except the high grade hydrolyzed...way too bitter to take alone) and then blend in some oats or wheat if you want carbs in your proteinshake - maybe also some milk. That will be MUCH cheaper and save you money AND that store is safe - never ever heard a bad opinion on it!

I would highly recommened to do that. First, it saves money, second YOU can decide how many carbs and protein you want in your blend - sometimes you want a different ratio than the product you´d chosen has.
I personally use the Whey Protein Concentrate from TrueProtein.com and looking to get my ion exchange whey for post workout soon (should be here every day). Save some bucks with the code in my sig and their 50 lbs special - you´ll need 50 lbs anyway. you wont regret it

I hope you don't think that I work for TP or so...cause I don't. Just my opinion - and he asked for it. =)
