I was watching the Roger Clemens congressional hearing and Clemens says he take B-12 (supposedly). Does anyone here take B-12 and would it be good for a weight lifter to take?

Yeah you can do pushups with just your weiner with B12.

No really, you should really do some research.
But since its apparent you didn't here some info.

Vitamin B12 is needed for normal nerve cell activity, DNA replication, and production of the mood-affecting substance SAMe (S-adenosyl-L-methionine). Vitamin B12 acts with folic acid and vitamin B6 to control homocysteine levels. An excess of homocysteine is associated with an increased risk of heart disease, stroke, and potentially other diseases such as osteoporosis and Alzheimer’s disease. Vitamin B12 deficiency causes fatigue.

Hey I didn't mean to sound mean, I would have rather have him read up on what B12 is and then ask questions. There's are tons of articles about it.

I apologize for my tone. I got alot of lazy classmates at my college asking me for help with a lab because they played solitare during a lecture.

It's a Vitamin B complex, so Vitamin B-12 just helps maintain a healthy nervous system.
