mass tabs alot of peeps say dont take them cause they dont really know whats in the and how much is in them so peeps would say to stay away frmo them.

Sorry you feel that way. If people would take time read and do there own research there would be no need for a response like that. But when people are to lazy to take five mins to find what they want it pisses me off.

IDS is a shady company in general. They have some good products and some crap. All there pro-h's are ass! They dont even tell you how many mg of each clone is in them. Therefor is not worth the risk.

Sorry Snapper but i would have to disagree. IDS has some great products, never tried their PH's personally but have heard mixed things. As for your above 14 year old comment,,, Young Muscle is correct, Young ones like yourself should be knocked off for these dumbass comments that are made. Grow up and show some respect. Night all

actually sullivan... i think IDS is just like every other overhyped BS supplement company, their products are maybe at par with other supps but they are not competively priced or completely honest about their products *one simple example is not putting the amount of the SD clone in their discription*.... why would i take a product from a company who blatently misinforms its consumers? I dont mean to stir up any trouble nor am i trying to offend you, i'm just saying how i feel... and why i feel it.

No that is perfectly fine the way you feel. I only have experience with IDS Smart gainer and i feel it worked wonders for me to get on my feet when i first started body buidling. I am currrently taking a different gainer (more of my own mix) with a bit of Serious MASS
