Is there a good lean mass builder that I could take while I am on my CKD diet? I am trying to maintain muscle mass (lean) while losing fat. Currently I am 6'2", 206lbs, and bodyfat% is around 16 or 15%. Low carbs throughout the week (less than 20g a day) then carb loading during the weekend. Anyway, is there a good supplement to assist with the Isopure Protein shakes that will give me a boost in lean mass gain while lifting decently heavy? Right now training 6 times a week including cardio, but only training weights 3x per week, cardio after each session and on off days with ab training. Anyway, is there anything left that matches a good pro-hormone's capabilities of lean-mass gain?
Thanks!

There is no replacement for PH's, so that would be the only way, and as far as getting something comparable to the original M1-T there isn't much, not to mention you have to be careful when taking something with the methyl strand on it because it is more toxic to the liver. Do a search on here for ph's and you should find some info and opinions on them!

In physics,
Power = Work / Time

Substitution dictates:
Knowledge = Work / Money

Solve for Money which = Success:
Money = Success = Work / Knowledge

Thus, success is determined by the amount of work you put in so long as you maintain a certain level of knowledge :)
