i wouldn't do what your doing. i assume that is the loading period your on about at the top. If so IMO take 20 grams throughout the day for about 5 days. i.e 5 in morning, 5 pre workout, 5 postworkout, 5 later on in the day. Some debate whether to load or not but i say why the hell not just go for it. After your loading period is complete id suggest taking 5 grams pre workout and then 5 grams postworkout. Cycle for about 10 weeks on, 4 weeks off. This is generally how i do it, some others will take a slightly different view but in the most part its generally the same. Hope this helps mate......

I agree, except I do not load. It tends to make me cramp at night even though I up my water intake greatly. I also take it for about 6-8 weeks then 4 weeks off.

you can take it in those doses to load, thats actually how I did it. What I do for creatine and whatnot, I premix the protein and creatine in a shaker (without water or anything, keep it dry in the shaker) and take it with me to the gym and mix it once my workout is done, helps ensure the creatine doesn't convert in creatinine.

Was just about to explain the conversion from Cretine to Creatinine. Nice find, needed to be clarified.

I just wanted to remind the OP that you don't have to load, you can just wait a little while longer to become full saturated by taking normal doses.

But its not really recommended to be taking maintenance levels for long periods of time.

There has been evidence that shows that just like steroids, long term use may effect your natural ability to produce creatine on its own.

Id advise against taking it longer than 5 months straight.

yeah this is the trick, some people believe its ok to take it year round, I am a personal believer of cycling things, because your body does get accustomed to things, like training, diet, supplements, etc... which at that point it needs something different in order to stimulate new growth.

I'm not sure where you are getting your facts, or if they are correct (no hate)

but I definitely agree with cycling, I just don't like loading either.

I hate loading as well. Your suggestion is great though, its just limiting the time that you can actually use the cycle at full strength.
