question on creatine and noXplode...

I just finished my bottle of noXplode and i got a bottle of creatine from my cousin cause he ddnt want to use it. I was wandering if i should start using creatine directly or do i have to wait for some time???

I would say no go right ahead and get started. Make sure you drink plenty of water since creatine has a tendency to dehydrate you. Good luck with it I have seen good results.

thanks for the reply, i have used creatine before and yes it has given me good results but i just want to make sure if i can take it right after finishing a bottle of noXplode and if i can take it do i have to do the loading stage or not??

You can load it helps get the creatine in your system faster I dont it is really up to you. My workout parter does load so again it is your choice.

As steeda has said its your choice if you have a loading phase on creatine or not, imo you should because it means you will start getting the effects quicker because your creatine stores will be fully saturated faster than if you dont have a loading phase. Also no-xplode and creatine are two very different things, they dont effect each other. Make sure your cycling it as to keep the effects ongoing.

you can take a NO product pre workout and creatine post workout, thats what I enjoy doing and it helps with absorption of the creatine and protein from my post workout shake.

BUT, there is creatine in NO-Xplode. Not enough to really see the full effects, but if he is taking it every day his body might be nearly saturated as it is.

its a proprietary blend in no xplode, doesn't even count as taking creatine because the amount is soooooooooooooooooooooo minimal.

Well, i dont know if anyone but BSN truly knows how much is actually in it... but like you mentioned, it probably is a pretty minimal amount.

Never mind my comment about saturation dealing with NO Xplode. I forgot it didnt actually list the amounts. Dunno what i was thinking.

imo you should load it for a week, then take 1 serving pre and 1 serving post for another 9 weeks then discontinue use for 4 weeks, then start over again.

1 serving = 5 grams?

Or are we supposed to take 2.5 pre, 2.5 post?

Maintenance levels from everything i have read is 5 grams a day.

Do watever works for you, if you respond well with 2.5g pre and 2.5g post then do that but i would advise 5g pre and 5g post. And a serving of creatine mono is usually 5g.

for me personally I like a NO product pre and 10g mono post with my postworkout protein shake. Been working wonders for me.

exactly, i take 10g pre with a protein shake post. You have to experiment to find out what works best for you and stick with it.
