for protien you cant go wrong with a protien isolate. personally i like pro nos by mri or isopure by natures best. a lot of people will tell you to go with on whey but i guess its just personal preference. for your bcaa's on makes it in a powder form but it taste god awful. scivation has xtend that taste really good. it also won glutamine of the year at the 2007 suplement awards. for a creatine just use creatine monohydrate it can even be micronized if youd like. i believe you can everything your looking for from orbitnutrition.

If you dont already have a multi-vitamin, there are a buncha great products out there. Some i have tried and liked are Orange Triiad by Controlled Labs (love their products, Green Bulge rocks), Optimum Nutrition's Opti-Men, and GNC Mega Man Sport.

I have also tried Animal Pak and AST 32x.

Whey isolates are top notch but expensive. Plus, ON's Gold Standard Whey has a pretty nice BCAA profile, so i dont know how much you need a supplement to add to this.

I trust ON for a lot of my supps (creatine, BCAA's, multi, efa's, protein(whey and casein), weight gainers(procomplex gainer and Serious Mass are amazing)) I also like Gaspari Products, BSN, IDS, there are other companies too but it becomes more specialized depending on what product I am looking for, like a PH or something. And yes you can get it all from OrbitNutrition.com, great prices all the time.

Protein: ON Whey, CytoSport Muscle Milk, ON Pro Complex Gainer, EAS, BSN Synthat-6
BCAA's: ON BCAA's, Xtend.
Creatine: Choose any monohydrate of choice. No difference really.

..The rest I don't use so I'd be giving BS if I gave you suggested products lol.

see I don't like muscle milk because it has to much fat in it, and a bit pricey for it. just my opinion though.
KM Muscle milk is probably great for you since you are bulking and a hardgainer, so the extra fat is probably benefitial.

Depends where you look. Prices where I purchase, it's on the cheaper side. I agree Fat content is high, just throwing an option out there. One that I have personal experience with and have seen decent results with..

I'm 15. I get my vitamins from food. I don't feel it's necessary to take Multi-V if I can get the majority of those vitamins from whole food.

Thing is, whole foods arent nearly as good as they used to be because of all the additives and wacky ways we have of producing out food. Save for organic. And even that can be argued that they still arent as good as they used to be.

If you look at the amount of vitamins and minerals in some of the better multi-vitamins (ones taken more than once a day or at least not a single pill) have amounts that would take 7-8 servings of certain foods to even get close.

Let me put it this way. You supplement with BCAAs, while i supplement with a multi-vitamin. We both are on opposite sides of the spectrum, but why do you supplement with BCAAs as it is? More then likely, its the same reason you and i should supplement with a multi-vitamin.

I don't. I have. I don't appreciate you telling me what I should supplement with or without. I'm aware of how they all work. I'll decide when and when I'll take something. I'm comfortable and making great gains with a proper nutrition and Protein. Why spend the money when I don't need to. Multi Vitamins are a good supplement, I agree. I don't feel it's necessary for me to be taking one right now.

If i came off as being pushy, my bad. Wasnt my intention at all. I was just giving an explanation why supplementing with BCAAs is similar to supplementing with a multi-vitamin.

BTW KM, have you calculated the amount of vitamins you are getting from foods at all or no? Just curious because most people can't get enough vitamins from food alone, not to mention multi's also contain some other ingredients not normally found in food. Trust me I know you know what you are doing, so I am not saying for you to change, just curious thats all.

I don't count per say. But I know which vitamins are in which foods I eat. This way, even though I don't count. I'm still knowing which Vitamins I am putting in my body and which ones I'm not. I agree with the extra ingredients, but I'm not really worried right now with my Vitamin and Mineral intake.

Well, I know which Vitamins I'm taking in. For example, if I'm consuming a water soluble substance I know I'm consuming a good amount of the Vitamin B's and Vitamin C. When I'm consuming a Fat Soluble substance, I know I'm consuming Vitamin's A,D and K. I know which substances include Biotin and Folic acids, so I know how much I'm consuming of that also. I'm consuming many other essential vitamins, but I'd have to go in great detail. Which I can't do right now.

Proof that hard work grants success:
Postulate 1: Knowledge is Power
Postulate 2: Time is money
Postulate 3: Success is measure by wealth

In physics,
Power = Work / Time

Substitution dictates:
Knowledge = Work / Money

Solve for Money which = Success:
Money = Success = Work / Knowledge

Thus, success is determined by the amount of work you put in so long as you maintain a certain level of knowledge :)
