hi i kno ya's dnt lik muscletech but i was just wounderin i want to change from muscletech lukic to somthin els dat dose the same but i dnt kno wats the best

lukic is just a form of leucine which is one of the three BCAAs. Just buy some Leucine alone or some BCAAs. Better to buy BCAAs imo because your body uses all three amino acids, but it just uses leucine the most.

Leucine taken in high quantities 'repair muscles, regulates blood sugar, provides the body with energy, increases production of growth hormones, and helps the body burn fat'. If that is true, then the amount of Leucine in BCAA's is not great enough to do much. BCAA's are good, in all I don't trust MT products. That's probably a crock of ****.

Have you recieved any results from the use of Leukic?

Nice posts guys. You pretty much covered everything.
I would suggest getting bulk BCAA's. Such as ON BCAA 1000, or Xtend. But there are many others to consider. These just happen to be my favs.

agree, I use the ON BCAA's 1000 multiple times a day and feel great, that would be my suggestion or the sciavation extend as well, both great products, can't go wrong!
