The ON whey has BCAAs and glutamine which is also in maximuscles cyclone, the only thing you arnt getting is the HMB but that hasnt even been shown to work so your not missing anything.

Hope this helps mate
Thats great, thanks man. I am going to check those out.

Creatine Mono should be taken with a fast absorbing carb like grape juice or orange juice. Should be about 35 mg woths. Cell Tech uses over 70 grams of sugar. Way to much IMO. I think the dose in the Phosogen by EAS is alot less. If you take creatine MOno with water it will not be absorbed enough.

Could you please explain why it has to be taken with simple carbs angelo?

It can also be taken with a carb/protein mixture, like whey and some dextrose.

Also, EAS has many different lines under Phosphagen label, including plain, Elite (66 grams sugar), HP (33 grams sugar), and XT (39 grams of sugar).

You havnt explained how carbs effect the digestion of creatine? I have never read anything that says it should be taken with simple carbs so i am interested its just that I cant understand it?

Simple carbs help shuttle nutrients in your body. Creatine has a very bad byproduct called creatinine. To help shuttle the creatine to where it needs to go fast, simple carbs are used.

Dont we have a creatine sticky that explains this better? Hold on...

not trying to be ignorant bro but this is what i found in the official creatine thread

Flatulence: The large amounts of sugars often consumed with creatine may lead to flatulence, complicate gastric emptying and lead to cramps (see Question #4). Certain sugars, particularly when consumed in large quantities, may pass undigested through the small intestine and ultimately collect (nearly intact) in the large intestine. Here, intestinal bacteria decompose the sugar, releasing gas. If sufficiently large amounts of gas are produced to exert pressure within the intestinal compartment, then cramps may ensue. Flatulence, obviously, is the expelling of the gas produced by the bacteria.

Fructose and sorbitol are especially notorious in this respect. Therefore, avoid mixing your creatine in juices containing mainly fructose.

Ive not read the article youve gave me yet though so ill have a look later at that
I think a NO product would be better than simple carbs imo but again ill read that article.

I'm talking about Creatine Mono here. CEE does not have to be taking with any carbs. It shuffles the creatine to the muscle. It gets better absorbtion. You can go to any ledgit research site (pubmed) and most anything you read will tell you to take it with a fast absorbing carb. Many creatine formulerers have sugars in it.

I think Maximuscle say they use dextrose to help absorb the creatine.
