better pre-w/o for morning lifter

b/c of my work schedule, it's up & in the gym (my basement) w/in 40 mins. which would you recommend as a pre-w/o drink:
A) water, whey, & oats (sometimes sweet potatoes. it tastes fine.)
B) coffee, yogurt, oats, & Quik
C) water, whey, fruit
D) N.O. XPlode or something similar (stims don't do much for me)
E) your suggestion here

what is your goal as of now? Personally I would say NO Xplode or Superpump250 or Nitrix, but depending on your goals, it could be a different option.

C. NOexplode won't have enough time to get into your system. Same with the oats. The fruit and whey will get in within maybe 15-20 min. But if you really wanted something good. Blend water, whey and fruit with some oats so that when the fruit is all used up the oats will kick in.

sorry- goals are strength/size. pre-cardio I take BCAAs in Crystal Light. I'm 38 & have been lifting for over 20 years, but the morning pre-w/o feeding has me vexed.

Any Nitric Oxide product takes around 30-45 minutes to kick in, depending on the person. I would do with A or D. C is more of a post workout drink, if anything.

well if you take your NO right when you wake, then by the time you get to lifting you would be fine. Agree with oats, but same principle could apply, fruit and whey will get into your system faster though, experiment and see wht works best for you.
