Just look at the labels and the price and work out which one your getting the best ingredients to price ratio.

i.e if theres Optimum nutrition 100% whey - you get 80, 30g servings per container with each serving having 24g protein, 5.5g BCAAs and 4g glutamine for £35...... thats a 5lb tub
Muscle Tech whey protein - you get 71, 32g servings per container with each serving having 23g protein, with a 300mg blend of BCAAs and Glutamine (which will do nothing for you) for £35... thats also a 5lb tub.

So obviously you would pick ON because of the extra ingredients, you can save alot of money buy just reading the labels

Dont know much about this product unfortunetly, it doesn't say how much of each thing it has so i cant really say if its anygood or not. Although it does have everything you would want in a supp (apart from protein) but again it doesnt say how much so its hard to tell (it just says 17g blend of...). Youll just need to find someone that has used it although if you think it works great then keep using it.

Oh actually ive just remembered muscle asylum project are a by-company of muscle tech, so its probably overpriced. imo just buy the ingredients seperatly and mix them together when needed. It should be cheaper and you can control how much of each your getting. i.e some dosages dont work for some but do with others.

muscle asylum is a company of MT, good catch! Best way to get the optimal amount of supps is to do them individually like mentioned above, you can control the amount you take in, because how much I need might be different than how much you need. Goto Orbit Nutrition and check out whats he's got, great selection, low prices!
