Most people on here arn't fans of muscletech because its overpriced. I would advise you to not purchase anymore and to buy some creatine mono instead of creakic and either no-xplode or superpump instead of gakic. But if you have already bought these then yes you are supposed to take creakic after waking up and post w/o and take gakic pre w/o.

I that the only supplements your taking?

Looking at there label, looks decent right? Wrong. Stay away, think of how much you'd be spending with consistent use.

Even if your in the usa you will still save about $70. Usually the product will say on it how and when to take it, just look at the container. If it doesnt then just start a new thread, we would rather you asked a question instead of getting ripped off.

No shotgun and no-xplode are both nitric oxides but from different companys, cellmass is a creatine ethy ester and is usually stacked with no-xplode although bsn are under trial about both of these products.

You dont need to buy everything from one company which it seems you are doing, but if you do then imo chose optimum nutrition. They have a good choice of products, excellent quality and are reletivly cheap.

Try to stick with a basic stack of,
whey protein
creatine monohydrate
a multi vitamin
fish oil or flaxsed oil

You can then add in one or all of these if you wish,
BCAAs
glutamine
Nitric oxide

Glutamine simply aids in quicker recovery.

although i HATE MT, I will say I do like Gakic, if prices went down on it I would buy it, my buddy gave me a bottle a while ago and it worked amazing, really helped with fatigue during the workout, but due to the price, its just not worth it.

Go with a creatine mono, maybe nitrix (i love the stuff, and its great because its in pill form, personal preference) some glutamine, bcaa's, multi, fish oils, flaxseed oil, whey, casein and you will be fine!

and that's what extreme marketing does.

very powerful stuff.

after watching some of their adds, i wanted some just because of the way the label looks and even the way the pills look and the shaker bottles. just cool and high tech.

crazy how much of an impact all that has. and seeing the top pros taking it in videos....man. so cool

not kidding by the way. see what good marketablity does?

Gakic works.... it decreases fatigue and/or the toxin build ups that cause it. I have used as have many others I know and have all seen results to some degree. Is it worth the retail price to get some extra reps or possibly got alittle more on the bar. Up to the individual....but people who hate it without trying it should still try it....even if you have to be a closet user.

Creakic........=creatine....did not see anything more than with regular creating though you mileage may vary.

Leukic...I like it too I would recommend it if cutting, but I don't see it hurting on a bulk either.... given that it increases anabolism. Is it worth the price. ...again up to the buyer.
